Tier 3 includes but not limited to:
Detailed art of lettering, bugs/animals/characters, fruit/veggies, etc., checkers, plaid, tortoise, rhinestones/gems/pearls, isolated chrome on 7+ nails, 3D elements on 5+ nails (ie: characters, flowers, charms, etc.)
All sales final on custom orders. No refunds due to sizing issues.
